The in-house restaurant kitchen, managed by our young Sicilian chefs, offers you several fish and meat dishes of our local tradition. Our quality and freshness standards are guaranteed by the use of genuine ingredients coming from Etna’s territory: pistachio, cured meats and cheese, pork and cattle meats, and so forth. The catch of the day comes from Marina di Riposto, which is famous for its port. In our “menu à la carte” you will find starters, first courses of fresh pasta, spaghetti, risotto, second courses of meat, fish and Italian-tradition pastry.
