Our
little and exclusive restaurant is the best place to the
expert of Sicilian food. Inside our restaurant we can
receive up to 50 persons and outside, on the roomy and
comfortable spaces near the swimming pool, we can seat up to
200 people.

The typical Sicilian
food is characterized by the use of iodized salt, extra
virgin olive oil, manifold of variety of natural spices,
including the prestigious capers of Eolie island, the sweet
bay, the basil, the mint, the parsley, the rosemary and the
sage that grow along our farm in their natural state. At
last, we can’t forget our “ Sicilian’s gold ”, the pistachio
that grow along the rich soil of Etna. |

A
pure mixture of tastes, skillfully handed on from father to
son and from the grandparents' recipes from which we get
dishes that are unique in the world, such as anchovies,
sardines and mackerels, the typical pasta with aubergines,
the sausages of Etna, the pasta with pistachio, the pasta
with shellfish and many other excellent fish and meal dishes,
the vegetables mix with extra virgin olive oil. During the
time, our cooking has been enriched by the contribute of
many populations: Greeks, Arabs and Normans, that have
introduced other spices and typical dishes of their lands.
Together with our typical food we will match the dishes with
the most prestigious Sicilian wine, such as the authentic
wine of Etna Volcano.
